Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cornmeal
  • Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup refried beans
  • cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Toppings
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup taco sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thick.
  3. Spread refried beans over the dough and sprinkle cheese evenly.
  4. Add seasoned beef on top and bake 12–15 minutes until cheese bubbles and crust turns golden.
  5. Cool slightly, then add lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and sour cream drizzle.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze slices for 2 months.
  • Add jalapeños or avocado for extra flavor.
  • Use pre-baked crust if you want faster prep.
