Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thick.
- Spread refried beans over the dough and sprinkle cheese evenly.
- Add seasoned beef on top and bake 12–15 minutes until cheese bubbles and crust turns golden.
- Cool slightly, then add lettuce, tomatoes, olives, green onions, and sour cream drizzle.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze slices for 2 months.
- Add jalapeños or avocado for extra flavor.
- Use pre-baked crust if you want faster prep.
