Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until tender.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thick.
  4. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan, parsley, and chili flakes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Swap cream for milk for a lighter version.
  • Fresh Parmesan improves flavor and texture.
