Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pasta Süsleme Toppings
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 6 –8 basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil drizzle
  • 1 tbsp toasted breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream, parmesan, and seasoning. Stir until creamy.
  4. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until fully coated.
  5. Plate the pasta and decorate with parsley, parmesan, basil, chili flakes, and breadcrumbs.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add roasted vegetables or chicken for extra flavor.
  • If sauce thickens too much, add a little pasta water.
  • Fresh herbs give the best decoration and aroma.
