Method
- Boil pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream, parmesan, and seasoning. Stir until creamy.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until fully coated.
- Plate the pasta and decorate with parsley, parmesan, basil, chili flakes, and breadcrumbs.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Add roasted vegetables or chicken for extra flavor.
- If sauce thickens too much, add a little pasta water.
- Fresh herbs give the best decoration and aroma.
