Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender but slightly firm.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, then sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and milk, letting the mixture simmer gently.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and Italian seasoning until the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add a splash of milk when reheating for creaminess.
  • Chicken, shrimp, or vegetables can be added easily.
  • Freshly grated Parmesan gives the best flavor.
