Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Filling Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings until smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley, basil, and extra cheese before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a protein boost.
  • Use fresh parmesan for the smoothest sauce texture.
  • Reheat with a splash of milk to keep the sauce creamy
