Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Whisk eggs and milk in one bowl. In another bowl mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and spices.
- Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with Parmesan breadcrumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil or butter, and bake 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Panko breadcrumbs create a crispier crust.
