Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken or beef
  • Marinade
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Topping
  • Fresh coriander
  • Onion slices
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat meat thoroughly and marinate for 1–2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill and brush with oil.
  4. Grill meat until golden and slightly charred.
  5. Rest for a few minutes and serve hot.
