Ingredients
  

  • Steak
  • 2 ribeye steaks 500–600g
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat steak dry and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix marinade and coat steak; rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to high heat.
  4. Grill steak 3–5 minutes per side until nicely charred.
  5. Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
