Ingredients
  

  • For the Marinade
  • 4 –6 chicken thighs bone-in and skin-on
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • Optional Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and prep for marinating.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients; coat chicken. Let rest 30 min–overnight.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill chicken 6–7 min per side until golden, skin crisp, and internal temp 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest 5 min, then garnish and serve.

Notes

  • Can make ahead: marinate overnight.
  • Freeze cooked chicken up to 2 months.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • Serve with fresh salads or sides for balanced meal.
