Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Topping
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup bell peppers
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ¼ cup onions
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, warm water, and olive oil to form a soft dough.
  2. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  3. Roll the dough into a pizza base and place it on a baking tray.
  4. Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add vegetables evenly across the pizza.
  6. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until the crust turns golden and cheese bubbles.

  • Store leftover slices in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid overloading toppings to keep the crust crisp.
  • Whole wheat dough can be used as a healthier option.
  • Fresh vegetables give the best flavor and texture.
