Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Filling / Marinade
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Topping / Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days.
  • Don’t overcook to avoid dryness.
  • Swap yogurt with cream if desired.
  • Add extra spices for more heat.
