Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Filling
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • Topping / Flavor
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried herbs

Method
 

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Mix all cheeses with seasonings.
  3. Place filling between bread slices (butter side out).
  4. Cook on medium-low heat until golden.
  5. Flip and cook until cheese melts fully.

Notes

  • Use low heat for even cooking
  • Best served fresh
