Ingredients
  

  • Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • Taco Meat
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Topping
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • ½ cup avocado
  • ¼ cup cilantro

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with seasoning and water.
  2. Prepare vegetables and place in a bowl.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients.
  4. Add taco meat to salad base.
  5. Top with dressing, cheese, chips, and avocado.

Notes

Add chips just before serving.
