  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Topping
  • ½ cup garlic sauce or chutney
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients until smooth.
  2. Coat chicken, vegetables, and paneer thoroughly.
  3. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
