Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 cabbage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Filling / Flavor
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cut cabbage into wedges.
  2. Brush with oil and season evenly.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill each side until charred and tender.
  5. Finish with butter and lemon, then serve.
