Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • ½ cup bell pepper
  • Dressing
  • ½ cup pesto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons nuts
  • 2 tablespoons basil

Method
 

  1. Cook and cool pasta.
  2. Chop vegetables.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients.
  4. Toss pasta with dressing and vegetables.
  5. Add toppings before serving.
