Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 3 cups pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • ½ cup red onion
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • Filling
  • ½ cup olives
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • Dressing
  • ¾ cup Italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until tender, then cool.
  2. Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Combine pasta and vegetables in a bowl.
  4. Add dressing and toss gently.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in fridge for up to 3 days
  • Add dressing before serving if dry
