Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Filling / Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ cup parsley

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until tender.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream, butter, and seasoning to create the sauce.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
  6. Add optional vegetables or protein and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add pasta water if sauce becomes too thick.
  • Fresh parmesan gives the best flavor.
  • Vegetables or proteins can be added easily.
