Ingredients
  

  • For the Steak
  • 2 steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • For the Butter
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • ½ tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pat steak dry and rub with olive oil
  2. Season evenly and let rest for 15 minutes
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  4. Grill 4–5 minutes per side until nicely charred
  5. Add butter and rest before serving

Notes

  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days
  • Let steak rest before slicing
  • Swap butter with olive oil if preferred
  • Avoid overcooking for best texture
