Method
- Pat steak dry and rub with olive oil
- Season evenly and let rest for 15 minutes
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Grill 4–5 minutes per side until nicely charred
- Add butter and rest before serving
Notes
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days
- Let steak rest before slicing
- Swap butter with olive oil if preferred
