Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Filling / Marinade
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Topping
  • Fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients until smooth.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until charred.
  5. Brush with butter and rest before serving.

  • Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
  • Avoid overcooking to keep it juicy.
  • Can substitute chicken with paneer or fish.
