Method
- Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden on both sides.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, ketchup, and sesame oil.
- Pour sauce into pan and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

- Add chili flakes for a spicy variation.
