Ingredients
  

  • Base Broth
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Filling
  • 1 cup ground chicken
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • Topping
  • 20 –25 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tbsp green onions

Method
 

  1. Mix filling ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Fill and seal wonton wrappers.
  3. Simmer broth ingredients in a pot.
  4. Add wontons and cook until they float.
  5. Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

  • Freeze extra wontons for later use.
  • Use shrimp or veggies as a swap.
  • Don’t overcook wontons.
  • Store broth separately for best texture.
