Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 pizza dough 12–14 inch
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup bell peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ½ cup cooked chicken or pepperoni
  • ¼ cup corn kernels
  • Topping / Sauce
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a baking tray.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough.
  4. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  5. Arrange vegetables and optional meat toppings.
  6. Sprinkle seasoning and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
  8. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
  • Avoid overloading toppings to keep crust crispy.
