Easy Homemade Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • Dough
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Filling
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and olive oil to form dough.
  2. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Let rest for 30–40 minutes.
  3. Roll dough into a rectangle and spread pizza sauce.
  4. Add cheese, pepperoni, and seasonings.
  5. Roll tightly and slice into small pieces.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  7. Brush with butter and sprinkle parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze baked rolls for up to 2 months.
  • Swap pepperoni with vegetables for a vegetarian option.
  • Brush with garlic butter for extra flavor.
