  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Topping
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni or vegetables
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy.
  2. Mix flour, olive oil, and salt to form dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll dough into a pizza crust and spread sauce evenly.
  5. Add cheese and toppings.
  6. Bake in a preheated pizza oven at 450–500°F for 8–12 minutes.
