Method
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 45–60 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a round pizza base and place on a baking tray.
- Spread sauce evenly and add cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze slices for up to 2 months.
- Don’t overload toppings to keep the crust crisp.
- Garlic butter brushed on the crust adds extra flavor.
