  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Topping
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bell peppers
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup olives
  • ½ cup chicken or pepperoni
  • ¼ cup onion slices
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast, warm water, and olive oil to form dough.
  2. Knead until smooth and let it rise for 30–45 minutes.
  3. Roll the dough into a pizza base on a baking tray.
  4. Spread sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings.
  5. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
