Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Topping Optional
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 –1½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • Toppings of choice

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it foam for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then mix to form dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Roll out dough, add toppings, and bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes.

Notes

  • Dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze dough balls for up to 3 months.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs or garlic powder to the dough.
  • Let baked pizza rest for a few minutes before slicing.
