Ingredients
  

  • Base / Dough
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Toppings
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced olives
  • ¼ cup sliced onions

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil to form dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for about 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Roll dough into a round pizza base.
  4. Spread sauce evenly and add cheese and toppings.
  5. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles.

Notes

  • Dough can be prepared one day in advance.
  • Avoid overbaking to keep crust soft.
  • Try different toppings for variety.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
