Method
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix into a dough and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a pizza base and place on a baking tray.
- Spread sauce evenly, add mozzarella, and top with pepperoni.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.

- Dough can be refrigerated overnight before baking.
- For crispier crust, bake on a pizza stone.
