Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
- Knead for 5–6 minutes until smooth, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll dough and cut small circles for mini pizza bases.
- Spread pizza sauce, then add cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freeze baked mini pizzas for 2 months.
- Roll the dough thinner for a crispier crust.
- Swap toppings based on preference.
