Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni or cooked chicken
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
  • Topping
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead for 5–6 minutes until smooth, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll dough and cut small circles for mini pizza bases.
  4. Spread pizza sauce, then add cheese and toppings.
  5. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze baked mini pizzas for 2 months.
  • Roll the dough thinner for a crispier crust.
  • Swap toppings based on preference.
