Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add water and olive oil to form dough.

- Roll out dough, spread sauce evenly, and add cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Freeze slices individually for 2 months.
- For crispier crust, bake on a preheated pizza stone.
- Fresh basil added after baking gives the best flavor.
