Ingredients
  

  • Pasta Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon salt for boiling water
  • Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • Optional red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and milk, letting the sauce gently simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings until the sauce becomes smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan before serving.

Notes

  • Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Fresh parmesan improves flavor and texture.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
