Ingredients
  

  • Base Marinade
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and spices.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a bowl or zip bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat all sides evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
  5. Cook the chicken by grilling, baking, or pan-searing until golden and fully cooked.
