Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 pizza dough 12 inch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll pizza dough onto a baking sheet.
  2. Brush dough with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper, then scramble until soft.
  4. Spread eggs over crust and add cheese, sausage, peppers, and onions.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and edges turn golden.
  6. Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Pre-bake crust to prevent sogginess.
  • Freshly shredded cheese melts better.
  • Add bacon, mushrooms, or spinach for variety.
