Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 pizza dough 12–14 inch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup BBQ sauce drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and roll out pizza dough on a tray.
  2. Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and spices.
  3. Spread chicken mixture evenly on the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and add onion slices.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese bubbles and crust turns golden.
  6. Sprinkle cilantro, cool briefly, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • For extra flavor, add smoked cheese or bacon.
  • Avoid adding too many toppings to keep the crust crisp.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
