Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat chicken dry and season with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Mix barbecue sauce, honey, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes, then brush with sauce.
- Bake another 20–25 minutes until caramelized and fully cooked.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
- Add extra sauce during the final baking stage for a stronger glaze.
- Boneless chicken can be used with slightly reduced cooking time.
