  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Filling / Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Topping / Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in the dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and rub the seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  4. Arrange chicken pieces skin-side up with space between them.
  5. Bake until golden brown and fully cooked.
  6. Let the chicken rest briefly before serving.
