Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken in the dish and coat with olive oil.
- Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over the chicken.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the chicken.
- Bake for 22–28 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
- Add vegetables to the baking dish for a one-pan meal.
