Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 chicken breasts 700 g
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Filling / Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken in the dish and coat with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle all seasonings evenly over the chicken.
  4. Add mozzarella and parmesan on top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the chicken.
  6. Bake for 22–28 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
  • Add vegetables to the baking dish for a one-pan meal.
  • Swap cheeses depending on preference.
