Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Filling / Marinade
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • ½ cup yogurt sauce
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Prepare and flatten chicken evenly.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients until smooth.
  3. Coat chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
