Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Filling
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs
  • Topping
  • 1 cup cream optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in seasoning and simmer.
  6. Add cream, garnish, and serve warm.
