Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Base
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable Mix
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped zucchini
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Herb Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until lightly golden.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and garlic.
  4. Pour the herb sauce ingredients over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cook until chicken is tender and vegetables are softened. Let rest before serving.
