Method
- Wash and slice the zucchini into ½-inch thick strips.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

- Remove once tender with golden grill marks.
