Ingredients
  

  • Wings
  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Marinade
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Glaze
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Clean and dry the wings.
  2. Mix marinade ingredients until smooth.
  3. Coat wings and marinate for 1–2 hours.
  4. Grill on medium heat until golden and cooked through.
  5. Brush glaze and cook briefly, then rest before serving.

  • Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
  • Avoid overcooking to keep wings juicy.
  • Use oven or air fryer if grill isn’t available.
