Ingredients
  

  • Tuna Steaks
  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Marinade
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Coat tuna steaks and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill tuna for 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Rest, garnish, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overcook—keep the center slightly pink.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.

  • Fresh tuna gives the best texture and taste.
