Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup vegetables
  • ½ cup cooked chicken/beef optional
  • Topping
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Mix and knead dough, then let it rest.
  2. Preheat grill and oil grates.
  3. Roll dough and grill one side until golden.
  4. Flip, add sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  5. Close lid and cook until cheese melts.
  6. Remove, cool slightly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid overloading toppings for crisp crust.
  • Use fresh cheese for best flavor.
  • Dough can be made ahead and refrigerated.
