Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 1 pineapple sliced
  • Glaze
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topping Optional
  • Ice cream
  • Mint leaves
  • Lime juice

Method
 

  1. Slice pineapple into rings or spears.
  2. Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
  3. Brush glaze over pineapple slices.
  4. Grill on medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove, cool slightly, and serve warm.
