Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 8 tortillas
  • Filling
  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper
  • Topping
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup cheese
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with spices and rest 30 minutes.
  2. Grill until cooked and slightly charred.
  3. Rest and slice chicken.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Assemble tacos with toppings and sauce.

Notes
