Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 500 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Flavor
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Topping
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry broccoli thoroughly.
  2. Toss with oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice and add toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Avoid overcrowding while grilling.
  • Swap parmesan with feta for a different flavor.
  • Use fresh broccoli for best results.
