Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 4 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almonds

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry spinach leaves.
  2. Slice tomatoes and cucumber.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Toss spinach with vegetables.
  5. Drizzle dressing and add toppings.
